Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Orders are shipped from Paris, France.

International Customs & Duties (All Countries)

For all orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Please note: regardless of whether your order is intended as a personal gift for someone, customs regulations require us to declare all shipments accurately as purchased commercial goods with their correct value — we are unable to mark the customs form as a "gift" or list a lower value.

⚠️ Important Notice for USA Customers As of August 2025, the United States has eliminated the duty-free de minimis exemption. This means that all packages entering the USA are now subject to import duties and customs fees, regardless of order value or item size.

We offer two shipping options for international orders where customs duties apply (including the USA):

Standard Shipping (Colissimo)

  • Lower shipping cost, calculated at checkout
  • Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected upon arrival (not included in our shipping rates)
  • Packages may be held at customs until duties are paid. If duties are refused or unpaid, the package may be returned to us — original shipping costs cannot be refunded

FedEx DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)

  • All duties and customs fees are calculated and paid upfront — no surprise charges on arrival
  • Higher shipping cost, but a smoother, worry-free delivery experience
  • Available for international orders on request — please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a quote

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders (bulk shipments to retailers, boutiques, and distributors) are shipped via Colissimo for most destinations, including Japan, Taiwan, and Europe (e.g. Spain, UK).

For wholesale shipments to the USA, we ship via FedEx instead, as Colissimo has not been reliable for larger bulk shipments to US customs.

Shipping Costs & Terms

  • Wholesale shipping methods and costs vary by destination and are confirmed individually with each wholesale partner at the time of order.
  • Who bears the shipping cost is agreed upon individually with each wholesale partner and outlined in the order confirmation or wholesale agreement.

Customs & Duties

  • All wholesale shipments are accompanied by a Commercial Invoice declaring the accurate value of goods.
  • Import duties, customs clearance fees, and any local taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Processing Time

  • Wholesale orders are processed according to the production and packing timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, which may vary depending on order size.
