Shipping Information

All purchases ship out of France, EU.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All prices are in EUR.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and do not sell or distribute your name, email address, or delivery address.

Sales Tax

All customers must pay the applicable VAT for their area. Please note that you are responsible for any duties and customs fees upon receipt of the parcel.

Shipping Details

All items will be shipped according to the chosen shipping method. We offer a selection of shipping options. Please read the conditions carefully:

  • Local postage/Postnord is not insured, offers very limited tracking, and Les Bons Enfants Paris is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping.
  • Our COLISSIMO option is fully tracked and insured.
  • Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. Costs vary by location, so please research your country’s policies before purchasing. Marking the item as a “gift” is not possible, and the correct value of the shipment will be entered.

Once an item has shipped, Les Bons Enfants Paris is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. No refunds will be issued for orders with incorrect addresses, so please make sure to enter the correct address.

Shop Policy

We do our best to photograph products, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

All products are handmade. Any irregularities are not considered mistakes but part of the unique handmade look.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to discuss a return.

Returns Policy

  • Returned items must be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving your item.
  • Please email lesbonsenfantsparis@gmail.com before returning your purchase.
  • If an item is returned without prior email or if a buyer fails to return the item within 5 days of delivery, a gift certificate can be issued after agreement.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items lost or damaged in return shipping will not be refunded, so please pack your return carefully.
  • Please provide a tracking number for returned items.
  • Include your name and order number inside the package so we know who to refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
  • Les Bons Enfants Paris is not responsible for taxes or fees incurred when the package is returned to us.

International Returns

Returns from outside the EU might be subject to additional fees, such as customs duties and/or taxes. We cannot control or predict these charges, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. The parcel will only reach us after customs clearance, and we have no influence on whether a return is accepted or rejected before that.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate any potential additional fees.

If you refuse to pay the additional fees, we reserve the right to pay for these fees on your behalf. Any such fees will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations

we do not accept order cancellations.

 
Handling and care  
All dolls and other handmade items should be handled with care. Avoid rough play. Spot clean as needed with a washcloth and only use wool-friendly soap.
